The iCandy Room reserves the right to refuse service.
RETURNS POLICY:
STORE CREDITS ONLY - STRICTLY NO REFUNDS
- All unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit (Excluding under garments and accessories)
- Items must be returned with all labels intact and be free of stains, damages, and/or odor (smoke,etc)
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of an iCandy Room error ( Incorrect or defective item etc)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
IF ITEM IS DEFECTIVE PLEASE CONTACT IMMEDIATELY DO NOT SEND IN PACKAGE WITHOUT SPEAKING WITH A REPRESENTATIVE.
- We are not responsible for lost packages or unclaimed packages , All Priority Mail packages are shipped with Signature Confirmation with Insurance up to $100
